Martin Reeves serves as Managing Director and Senior Partner at BCG's San Francisco office. He chairs the BCG Henderson Institute (BHI), which explores innovative ideas beyond traditional business thinking to shape future strategy and management practices.

A thought leader in business strategy, Martin frequently contributes insights to Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, Fortune and other leading management publications.

He earned his MA in Natural Sciences with triple first-class honors from Cambridge University, followed by an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.

Joachim served as a member of the Deutsche Bundesbank board, overseeing banking supervision. He was also a member of the ECB's Single Supervisory Mechanism Supervisory Board, the Basel Committee for Banking Supervision, and the German Committee for Financial Stability.

His extensive political experience spans EU, federal and regional levels, including roles as a Member of European Parliament and Secretary of State in the federal government.

Currently, he is an Executive in Residence at the European School of Management and Technology in Berlin, focusing on digital finance.

Gerard served as CEO of Lion Global Investors for over a decade from 2010 to 2022. Prior to this, he was CEO of Fullerton Fund Management Company and Chief Investment Officer of Temasek's Fund Management Division.

His extensive experience in asset management includes senior roles at Deutsche Asset Management Asia as Deputy CIO, SBC Warburg Singapore leading Fixed Income Sales, and heading the GIC's New York Office.

Gerard holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the National University of Singapore (1984) and is a CFA Charterholder. He has been recognized as an IBF Fellow by The Institute of Banking & Finance.

Omar Selim is the founding Partner and CEO of the Arabesque Group, a leading supplier of data and AI technology to the finance industry. Before establishing Arabesque in 2013 following an MBO from Barclays Bank, Omar held senior managing director positions in Global Markets for Barclays, Morgan Stanley, and UBS.

Omar joined Barclays in 2004, where he was responsible for a multi-billion dollar revenue budget and over a thousand staff.

In 2011, he initiated the values-based asset management project at Barclays, which led to the creation of Arabesque

Georg Kell is the founding Executive Director of the United Nations Global Compact, the world's largest voluntary corporate sustainability initiative.

The UN Global Compact's governance framework was adopted by then UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan in 2005, following a year-long international process co-led by Georg Kell.

Georg also oversaw the conception and launch of the Global Compact's sister initiatives, the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME), and the Sustainable Stock Exchanges (SSE) initiative.
